BEGINNER SAND PLAYERS (Ages 10-12) Mondays/Wednesdays 6:30-8:30 @Gav College San CourtsProgram: June 9-July 31st Leads: Coach Lindsey, Coach Taylor *Players will train in fundamentals for Sand Volleyball. Practices will be twice a week at Gavilan College on Mondays and Wednesday. *Sand Season Kick Off will be held at Main Beach in Santa Cruz on June 9th *Two Doubles tournaments will be scheduled in-house or in Santa Cruz. Sand Volleyball is the best way to improve vertical, strength and speed for indoor Volleyball! *Beach tournaments with the NCVA can be added by players/partner!

OUR STAFF: We have a professional and positive coaching staff. Our coaching philosophy is to challenge players with interactive training based on encouragement, participation, problem solving and a positive team environment.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR INDOOR TRAINING SESSIONS: Good tennis shoes, water bottle, knee pads (not needed for sand), snack.
WHAT DO I NEED FOR CAMP: Good tennis shoes, Water Bottle, Extra Snack, Knee Pads, Shorts
WHAT DO I NEED FOR SAND PRACTICES: Sand Socks, Water Bottle, Sunglasses, Beach Towel
